Are you a Positive, hardworking, dedicated and result-driven individual?

Here at D & B Properties we are currently searching for the best Sales agents with one Year minimum experience in The Real Estate industry.

The right person will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, must develop an ethical approach and fully understand the market with a strong focus on the area assigned to them.

What will your day/month look like?

  • Building a portfolio of ready properties to put on the market.
  • Visiting and checking properties on a daily basis.
  • Assisting clients in a professional ethical manner in finding them a suitable property within their budget.
  • Carrying out viewings in a timely manner.
  • Staying up to date with the current property market.
  • Ensuring you build professional relationships with buyers and sellers.
  • Servicing all leads as efficiently as possible.
  • Following up with clients on a regular basis.
  • Updating the CRM regularly and accurately.
  • Following company’s policy and procedure for each internal and external transaction.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken English Skills.
  • Willing to work on a Commission only pay structure.
  • Good Negotiating, Communication and networking skills.
  • Confident and well Presented/Smartly dressed.
  • Self-driven, Hardworking, Outgoing, Ambitious and Reliable.
  • Good computer literacy.
  • UAE Driving license is a MUST!
