WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:

Conduct regular inspections and audit the hotel premises to ensure strict compliance to food safety, Quality and the HACCP structure.

Responsible for auditing the internal operations as well as our external suppliers.

Managing the overall Quality, health and safety & food safety within the hotel.

Implement safety risk management practices in line with the company’s health and safety policy.

Actively reduce guest complaints relating to Quality, health and food hygiene.

Assist in carrying out food poisoning investigations as required and analysing Hazard Analysis information.

Monitor and interpret microbiological results from food sampling of all hotel kitchens and advise Quality Manager accordingly.

Take care of pest control in all public areas and F&B related areas excepting rooms.

Maintaining monthly training records and providing records of attendance.

Assist in the hotel in environmental awareness and assist environmental champions where necessary.

All HACCP, ISO & Environmental standards implementation, certifications and management

He/she is familiar with all related company documentation and especially with the relevant Operational Standards Manual for his/her field of responsibility.

Maintaining ongoing training programs in the department in conjunction with the Director of HR

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or any relevant certificate.
  • At least similar experience in the same role from 4 star/ 5-star property.
  • Possess the ability to communicate effectively with the team and deliver consistently.
