Royal Cargo LLC, one of the pioneering logistics service providers based in Dubai is looking for a Warehouse In-Charge to join the team to supervise its daily functions in Logistics activities. This role will complement the Sales Team and Operations Team, right from customer enquiries to closing the job up to invoicing and costing.

Responsibilities:

  • Organising receiving and delivery of products, as well as monitoring and documenting deliveries and shipments as directed by the customers. Update the movements correctly in the WMS application.
  • Review timeliness of scheduled deliveries and ensuring timely collection/deliveries.
  • keeping accurate inventory records and regularly checking stock levels to make sure the reports are accurate and readily available on demand.
  • Communicate and collaborate with customers / team members and maintain good relationships.
  • Directing and instructing the warehouse workers, including job delegation and monitoring.
  • Controlling the loading and unloading of cargo, the use of forklifts and other equipment for material handling
  • Pro-actively coordinating with suppliers and clients to address any issues.
  • putting safety and security measures in place and enforcing them at the warehouse
  • Ensuring that the warehouse is always maintained clean and orderly.
  • Constantly work to improve and simplify processes in warehousing and related activities to enhance effectiveness.
  • Planning and structuring the facility and inventory storage to enhance efficiency and optimize space usage.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of at least 3 years in a similar role with a minimum graduation level of education.
  • Possess good organizational and coordinating abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address hurdles the daily operation.
  • Must be able to multi-task and place priorities in an orderly manner.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Reasonable Computer skills and ability to work in WMS ERP.
  • Physical stamina
  • Excellent communication skills by email and phone.
  • Willingness and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Language speaking ( HINDI / URDU / ENGLISH ) MUST

Salary :

AED 3000/- per month and benefits as per company policy
